Elena Paparizou

What else can i say about Elena.. something you don't know already ? :)

She was born in Sweden, she took piano lessons, learned ballet and traditional dances. Her close friends died in a nightclub fire, thing that made her to abandon singing and drove her to other studies like theater, acting, directing. Her career began one year later when she started singing with a childhood friend, forming Antique. By the way, they represented Greece in Eurovision 2001, ranking 3rd with a very nice song.

Later on they chose to go separate ways, and so Elena started her solo career.
She has a boyfriend since she was 17 years old. They are not married yet, but she says he can successfully be the father of their kids (unborn evidently :D)

In 2005 she won the Eurovision contest with "No. 1", which later on became an European hit.

Sirusho

Hellooooooooo :D

Hot Sirusho is only 21 years old, and she is in the music industry for 9 years now. Wow. She is a native Armenian, with a beautiful smile, talented in singing, composing and song writing, good with voice and piano. And she speaks almost perfect English :)

She has quite an impressive biography, you can read it all on her official website. I will now let you enjoy her Eurovision performance, a very dynamic song, ranked 4th in the finals.

Kalomira

The 23 years old Greek singer was actually born in the US, and she has quite an impressive resume. Besides studying viola, she had a few appearances in some live shows with some well knows artists. When she moved to Greece, she participated in a contest (something like American Idol) and she won it :D (along with fame and a lot of money). This is considered to be her launch in the musical industry.

She now has 4 albums released, several hit-songs and guests appearances on TV... ladies and gentleman, here is Kalomira (the European Britney Spears) :

Tina Karol

Hi baby here i am ... :D

With the above lyrics she started her performance @ Eurovision 2006. When i first saw her moves and her looks, i said to myself she is the European Shakira :)
I assume you think i only like blond girls, that's not true. Brunettes will come also.

Back to Tina now. With 3 albums and same amount of years in the music industry, we can call her a pop-star. Besides music for "us", she also entertained the peace keepers in Iraq and Kosovo back in 2005.

Even though she's only 23, she married her music producer in June. I didn't expect that, i thought she will have a relationship with Dima Bilan (a hot young talented Russian singer) after they kissed in a show in winter. Oh well..

Shiri Maimon

Yep, she's my favorite :)

I remember when i first saw her, back in 2005. It was "love" at first sight. Her performance was outstanding, she played her song close to perfection, but she only managed to get the 4th place.

After the contest i started my research about her, and here is what i came up with : Before she represented Israel, she released her first single one year before. The song is called "Until you understand me". After her Eurovision performance, she released her first album called "Shiri Maimon", which was a total success. This helped her throughout 2006, getting her in a soap opera, on tv shows and practically granting her the "pop-star" title. Later on she began working on her second album, which came out in january 2008, with a song being chosen #1 hit in Israel.
